Connect the calendars
Google, Microsoft, or the calendar already on the iPhone. Each person keeps their own; Toach shows the family view.

Add the household
Invite the other parent with a code. Add the kids with an age, so Toach knows what to show them and what to keep off their screens.

Put the chores on the board
Dishes daily, recycling Tuesdays, rotating between the kids. Toach deals them out, tracks them, and pays the credits.

Toach pools every family member's calendars into a single board: today side by side, the week as a grid, the month at a glance. Your own appointments stay yours; the family sees what you choose to share.
- Leave-by alerts from live drive times, for flights and anything with an address.
- Snap a photo of the school calendar or the camp schedule. Toach reads the dates out and adds them after you check them.
- Add an event from your phone and it lands on the right person's calendar.
Chores & credits
Fair chores. Real rewards.
Recurring chores rotate between the kids automatically, so nobody "always" gets the dishes. Finishing one pays credits into that kid's jar. Credits buy prizes the parents set: movie night, an ice cream run, thirty minutes of screen time.
- A parent approves each prize when it's handed over, and can give a bonus or take one away with a reason on the record.
- Kids can pool credits into a family fund for something bigger.
- Unclaimed chores sit on the family board where anyone can grab them.
MeetUps
The friends you keep meaning to see.
Toach keeps a list of the families and friends your household wants to stay close to, and how often. When it's been too long, it says so, finds a time that works around everyone's calendars, and drafts the text. You send it from your own Messages.
- Kids can ask for a playdate from a list of friends you've set up. You decide.
- Hosting alternates, so it isn't always your house.
- Nothing is sent on your behalf, ever.
Assistant
Say it. It's done.
"Move dishes to Leo and Cookie on alternate days." "What's on Thursday?" "Give Cookie 20 credits for helping with the groceries." Toach's assistant reads the family calendar and the chore board and makes the change, then tells you what it did.
- It only touches your household's data, and only with the permissions each member has set for their calendar.
- The assistant is off for every account under 18. Kids get the board, the chores and their credits, not a chatbot.

Kids' accounts need a parent
A child's account is created by a parent, with consent recorded. Under-13s get a curated experience: no free-text messages, no assistant, playdate asks from a list.
Your data is yours
Export everything as JSON any time. Delete your account from Settings and it's gone. No ads, no data sales, no tracking across apps.
Private stays private
Mark an event private and the family sees "Busy". Each person decides who may add to or change their calendar through Toach.
How Toach uses your Google account
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Toach reads your calendar events to display your family's combined schedule and creates events only when you explicitly confirm them (for example, after previewing a schedule photo import). Toach's use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements — calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared beyond your own household's views. Questions
Is there a web version?
No. Toach is an app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, all under one subscription. Everything lives in the app, and every family member signs in on their own device. On the watch: your day, your chores, your credits, and the assistant for adults.
Does each family member need their own account?
Yes. One parent creates the household and invites the other parent with a code. Parents add the kids, with an age, so Toach can keep the right things off their screens.
Do the kids need a phone?
No. A kid can be on the board without ever signing in; a parent ticks their chores. When they do have a device, their own account shows their day, their chores and their credit jar.
Which calendars work?
Google Calendar, Microsoft (Outlook) calendars, and any calendar already on the iPhone, including iCloud. Each person connects their own.
Does the assistant see everything?
It sees your household's calendars, chores and credits, with the permissions each member has set. It can't send messages on your behalf and it's off for accounts under 18.
Android?
Not yet. An Android app is in development.
